Which personal data do we process?

When you use the quote form, the following information you enter is processed:

Identity and contact details: full name, phone number, company name (optional) and email address (optional).
Request details: what you need, what you already have (sample, drawing, 3D file and so on), your description of the part and the need, quantity, material, approximate size, urgency and target date.
Files you upload: photographs, drawings, PDF, STEP or STL files, and any information those files may contain.
Transaction-security data: technical information such as an IP address may be processed by the hosting infrastructure when the form is sent, to prevent misuse of the form.

If you reach us by phone or WhatsApp, the contact details, message contents and photographs or files you send are processed for the same purposes. Please do not add personal data the request does not need, especially special-category personal data, in the description or in files.

For what purposes do we process personal data?

To receive, review and assess your quote request,
To reply to you, ask a question about the request and send a quote,
If the request becomes an order, to carry out the preliminary talks and the contract steps,
To keep the form and the site secure and to prevent misuse,
To meet duties that arise from the applicable legislation.

Collection method and legal grounds

Your personal data is collected electronically, by you sending it, through the quote form on this site and through contact channels such as phone and WhatsApp. It is processed on the following legal grounds in Article 5(2) of the KVKK:

Processing is necessary for the parties to a contract, provided it is directly related to establishing or performing that contract (Art. 5/2-c),
Processing is necessary for the data controller to meet a legal duty (Art. 5/2-ç),
Processing is necessary to establish, use or protect a right (Art. 5/2-e),
Processing is necessary for the data controller’s legitimate interests, provided it does not harm the data subject’s fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f).

Who personal data may be transferred to

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to service providers we use to host the site and to carry, store and assess form submissions, and to legally authorised public bodies when they ask and to the extent the legislation allows. Some of those service providers may have servers outside Türkiye; in that case the transfer is made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.

If your request includes casting and this is agreed with you, the technical information needed to carry out the job may be shared with the partner foundry.

Retention period

Your personal data is kept for the time the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set by the relevant legislation. After those periods end, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Cookies and analytics tools

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are loaded on this site only if you choose “Accept” on the cookie notice. If you decline, no analytics cookies are loaded and the site works the same way. The quote-form window is marked so that it is masked in Microsoft Clarity recordings.

Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

In relation to your personal data, you have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is processed,
Request information if it has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
Know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
Ask for correction if it was processed incompletely or incorrectly,
Ask for deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK,
Ask that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
Object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis,
Ask for compensation if you suffer damage because your personal data was processed unlawfully.

How to apply

You may send requests about these rights, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing to the office address above, together with information that identifies you and an explanation of your request, or use the other methods set out in that Communiqué. Your application is concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the operation also requires a cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
