Casting patterns and pattern equipment in İzmir, Türkiye
From part to pattern.
From pattern to production.
We make casting patterns, pattern plates and core boxes from your sample or drawing, and bring 3D scanning, CAD/CAM and CNC machining into one process.
Work that fits your production.
You can start from a sample, or arrive with a finished design. We shape the process around the part.

Pattern from an existing part
We can prepare a sample or a worn part for production again.

A casting pattern, a pattern plate and a core box are the equipment a foundry uses to form the mould and the core. They are generally used in sand-moulding processes. Before we start the design, we agree with the foundry how the pattern will be moulded, where the parting face is, and which machining allowances to add.
Resin and epoxy patterns
They are relatively easy to shape and, when needed, to correct. They are considered for a first batch, a trial, or a part whose design is not final yet.
Aluminium patterns and plates
They resist wear better. They are preferred for repeat moulding when the pattern has to hold its size for a long run.
Core boxes
On parts with an internal cavity, a core box forms the core to the same size each time. It is designed to match the casting pattern.
You may have a sample with no drawing, a worn pattern, or only a photo. We measure the part, or turn it into a digital model by 3D scanning, and agree with you which sizes to trust where the part is worn. If the casting will be machined, we add the machining allowances to the pattern at the start and plan the CNC machining after casting in the same process.
We choose the material with you according to quantity, the casting method and the life expected from the pattern. The definite recommendation comes after we have seen the part. In one completed job, we scanned a machine part, built the 3D model and made the pattern. The parts were cast in aluminium, machined and delivered. See the pages for casting patterns, pattern plates and core boxes.
From the first part
to production.
We start by understanding the need, then agree the scope and the delivery plan with you.

01 Understand the part
We look at the sample, photo, drawing or 3D file. Together we note where it is used, the sizes, and how many you need.
Share your part ↗02 Plan the work
We look at the pattern material, the moulding method and whether machining is needed. Scope, cost and delivery are settled in the quote, after the part has been reviewed.
See the production services ↗03 Make it and hand it over
We make the approved pattern and mould. If casting is required, we coordinate it with our partners and complete CNC machining and delivery.
