How we proceed
After we receive the request, we review the part and what you need. We look at the pattern material, the moulding method and whether machining is required, and we settle the scope, the cost and the delivery plan in the quote. A firm delivery time is agreed only after the part has been reviewed.
The sample can stay with you
A first review can be done from photos and approximate sizes. If a physical inspection is needed, we agree in advance how the part is received and returned. Large files can be sent on WhatsApp.

Moldek is based in İzmir and can ship within Türkiye. Where a part should go is agreed with you when the scope is clear. When casting is required, we work with partner foundries. A quote request is free and does not place an order.
